Registration and order

You can create a customer account or order as a guest without a customer account.

If you are logged in, you will find the delete request button in your account. You are also welcome to send us a short email to info@actuatorsupply.de. We will delete your customer account promptly and send you a confirmation.

No, there is no minimum order.

Please note that after you have made your payment on the PayPal website, you will be redirected back to the order page to finally confirm the order. If you still haven't received an order confirmation and you can't find it in your e-mail spam folder either, please send us a short e-mail to info@actuatorsupply.de. We'll be happy to see where the problem lies.

Clicking on "Your shopping cart" takes you to your shopping cart. Please enter your coupon code in the field below the shopping cart summary and click on "redeem". The discount will then be deducted automatically.

 

Payment and shipping

You can pay in advance (bank transfer) or via PayPal. Payment via PayPal is also possible without a PayPal account.

We ship with Deutsche Post / DHL Paket, Brief or Expresspaket and UPS

You are also welcome to pick up your order from us. Please make an appointment using the contact form: https://www.actuatorsupply.de/info/contact.html or via info@actuatorsupply.de. We will then promptly send you an appointment confirmation or a new appointment proposal. Please note that we cannot accept payments on site. We therefore ask you to pay for your order in advance by bank transfer or PayPal.

Product questions

Please try re-learning your hand control. The instructions for this can be found here: https://www.actuatorsupply.de/info/relearn-the-hand-control.html. If this is not the solution and you have a double bed with two identical limoss actuator systems, please also try to learn the hand controls crosswise; This way you can find out whether the defect is in the hand control or in the radio receiver in the actuaor.

No. Please compare the part numbers. In the case of older actuators in particular, something may have changed in the meantime. To ensure that the actuator you have ordered is correct, please send us a photo of the label attached to your actuator to our email address: info@actuatorsupply.de before ordering. We will then contact you promptly.
