Can I use any actuator/ manual switch / control of the same type as a replacement?

  • No.  Please compare the article numbers (Partno).  Especially with older actuators, it is possible that something has been changed in the meantime. To ensure that the actuator you have ordered fits, please send us a photo of the label on your actuator to our e-mail address: info@actuatorsupply.eu before ordering.  We will then get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Where can I find the article number?

I cannot find the articel number of my part in your shop.  How do I get a spare part now?
  • Please send us a photo of the label or the printed data to our email address info@actuatorsupply.eu. We will then be happy to check whether we can offer you the required spare part or an alternative item.
There is no articel number on my hand control.  How do I know which is the right replacement?
  •  Please send us a photo of your hand control from the front and back, as well from the plug to our e-mail address info@actuatorsupply.eu.  We will then get in touch with you as soon as possible.
